Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, subject to the terms below.


Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked “non-returnable”
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
